1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or contracting services with Jaime Painting LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or schedule services.
2. Estimates and Proposals
All project proposals and estimates issued by Jaime Painting LLC are valid for 30 calendar days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates reflect the anticipated scope of work (interior painting, exterior staining, drywall repair, power washing) and agreed-upon paint specifications (e.g. Benjamin Moore or Sherwin-Williams). Additional repairs (such as hidden wood rot or unforeseen structural moisture damage) will be presented to the homeowner for approval prior to commencing extra work.
3. Scheduling and Weather Contingencies
Exterior painting and power washing projects are contingent on local Westchester County weather conditions including ambient temperature, rain, and humidity levels required for proper paint curing. In the event of inclement weather, Jaime Painting LLC reserves the right to reschedule exterior work to ensure maximum product longevity.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth project execution, clients agree to remove small, fragile, or high-value personal items from work areas before painting commences. Jaime Painting LLC provides clean canvas drop cloths, plastic containment barriers, and protective masking for large furnishings and flooring.
5. Workmanship & Satisfaction
Our projects conclude with an in-person walk-through with Jaime Gonzalez or our lead supervisor to ensure every edge, cut-in, and coat meets our 17-year standard. Any reasonable touch-ups noted during the final inspection are addressed promptly before final invoice settlement.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and Westchester County, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
